It depends how you look at it, no pun intended. Are you looking at the TC output shaft or the 3rd member at the axle housing. If you look at the 3rd member, yes it does appear to be rotating in reverse, which is normal for the front. If both front/rear output shafts are turning same direction, all is good, if they aren't, Houston, we have a problem!
