I just received the Monroe shocks that were Monroe replacements for those that were listed in the PIF. Have not installed them yet. Supposedly front and rear are the same.
The only issue was that they supposedly built them on demand (which is hard to believe) so it took about 1.5 months to get them. I' hoping they are correct.

carid.com was the least expensive place I could find, + free shipping.

From PIF:
NAPA (Monroe Bus/Truck) - Front #66707
Rear #66707

Those were apparently replaced by:

Monroe® - Gas-Magnum™ 60 Rear Driver or Passenger Side Shock Absorber
Gas-Magnum™ 60 Rear Driver or Passenger Side Shock Absorber by Monroe®. Quantity: 1 per Pack. Gas-Magnum™ 60 shock absorber is gas-charged for quicker response and a stable, more comfortable ride. Replacing worn-out units with hard-working Gas-Magnum 60 shocks can help reduce excessive vibration. The result can be better tire life, less downtime and a lower cost per mile.

Price: $37.43

Hope that helps,
