I'm using the late 60's large truck hydraulic bell housing that was mated to the previously installed 318. I had to have a custom flywheel/ring gear combo balanced but everything else bolted up. Very straightforward swap so I spent most of my energy adapting the serpentine drive with power steering and hydroboost.
I'm running Super Lugs with split ring fronts, combat rears.
