What isn't working? There's usually two fans, a blower for the burners and one for the house. The house blower has a startup capacitor that can go bad, could be similar on the blower burner depending on size.
Then like Adam said there's an igniter assembly that's usually a little hot wire along with a thermister to ensure the flame lights. So won't light = igniter, lights and then goes out = thermister.
And then there's a control board that handles all this that can go bad.
