I use a drill with a small bit (1/64 or so). Drill a row of holes as close together as possible across the face of the seal.. next, pry up the face of the seal, the metal part until you can insert a small heel bar under the seal.
Just pry up and your done!
You will be prying between the bearing and the seal, so there is plenty of force available
