The arch in the "flatfender" power wagon front springs are supposed to be 5.25". So out the door from the factory they are not flat.
As Keith says most spring packs are pretty flat though by the time we are working on them.
I took my pack to a truck spring shop. They re-arched them to the proper spec, and added one new leaf as the mechanic there said that with re-arching you have to do that to keep the arch. So far, after 10 years, the springs still have a slight upward "bow" and the shackles are vertical, the way they are supposed to look.
