When they straighten the frame the springs never affect the measurements. They use a “table” that measures the frame only. They put the frame on the table supporting it at the key measurement points then they take their measurements and bend accordingly.
Are you saying your front springs have a negative bend to them. If so that is not too uncommon. I believe that they at pretty much flat with very little arch from the factory.
