I don't know if they make a halogen bulb in this number, but the old number is 4000.
It is the same bulb that is used on the old 4 headlamp systems ofr the low/highbeam from the 70s and earlier
Depending on the manufacturer, you may have to notch the inner find in the headlight bucket to get the bulb to seat right
