Here is an image of a couple of mounting sleeves. The one on the left mounts to an elbow or square top carb and accepts the type of air cleaner you mention with a clamp at the bottom. The one on the right accepts an air cleaner without the clamp. Shown is a short style. The normal style used on Power-Wagon square top carbs - models ET1, ET2, ET4, E7F1, and E7S1 have a much taller cylindrical body. VPW shows a good image of the taller on page 25 of their pdf. under Group 3 Fuel.
