If I did the V8 swap in the power wagon again, I would use a small block Chrysler instead of the IH engine.
A few years ago I got ahold of a 50's Dodge truck with a flathead six with factory dual carbs and a split exhaust manifold. It made me wish my PW still had a flathead in it.
The PW is very useful with the v-8 in it, though.
