Wow...that's some expensive shipping.
The norm from Vancouver to Southern California is around $1000 depending who you call. That's a 1500 mile trip loaded.
My Autocar from Saskatchewan to Vancouver was $1800 & thats over 1000 miles with a 20k lb truck.
I think it depends whether you're on a main trucking route, #1, & whether you're talking a guy driving a single car trailer or a commercial truck.
An average truck driver drives 1000 miles a day & so I think I need to start driving trucks for a living if I can make $3000 a day with my car trailer & $200 worth of fuel :)
