Pricing for a town wagon

I am getting ready to sell my town wagon but don’t have any idea on pricing it. I’m hoping to get some help. It won’t be available for a few months (it’s in a garage in a house I have rented out until April).

I have a 64 TW that was restored in the late 90s and has sat for the last 15 years. All was in running order when I stopped driving it, though it probably needs the gas drained, fluids and hoses changed and a new battery. 318 (though I don’t think original). Original 4x4 with a pto. Beautiful paint and interior. Passenger side window is cracked. I also have an extra set of axels for it and a 2wd non running parts tw to go with it.

I’d really love to get some input on how to price it realistically. It’s located in Northern California.
