I've sure dismantled a ton of power wagons & I've never spent more than a few seconds on one & some have been a mass of rust. Get a cutting torch, focus the flame in the screw head, try not to heat the drum, get the head bright red hot, quench with water, undo screw with a quarter. Works every time for me. Even windshield frames...the little screws you can unwind with your fingernail if you do them this way.
Reassembly...lots of Never Seez!
