took the bushing off the back of the stock mc--seemed their was a tad of a bind as the rod moved due to the rotation of the clelvis pin but left it in the front

so it is supported at the pedal and at the front of the old mc

works like a charm--and i will use the stock boot on the rear to keep the grease in

as i progress it seems it might be easier to plate the old stock mc either bolted to or welded to it to bracket the booster to and then reinforce to the frame instead of the bracket i made that bolts to the inside of the frame under the battery tray

now i need to remove the battery tray on the orange beast and bolt the bracket and boosted mc in place fabricate the pc that the booster push rod bolts that bolts to the push rod coming out the end of the old meto see if it all works out as mocked up on the parts chassis
