The sounds didn't start 'till after we went over the pass in four wheel drive, then down the back side a few miles in two wheel drive with the hubs locked. Also, this is the first time I've ever tried four wheel drive on this thing. When I was working on the front axle it felt fine. So I figured it would probably be fine.
And yes the drive shafts are ALL in phase.
