Tail light ideas

im not going with standard lights on the rear. i have red led lights in the back up light holes and wanted to go with led tail lights also. I may mount a 4 inch rubber mounted light bracket off the frame to put in a led 4 inch truck light. thought obut the oval ones cut into the rear cross member.. any body have any other ideas.. I'm not interested in the stock ones that stick out... i would like something different
