No, it is made from very fine particles almost as fine as dust and is a medium tan color. It is useful for certain applications. I make portable shooting benches out of it. The bench accommodates right right or left hand and is designed to use an adjustable purchased rifle rest or a led sled. The bench is finished with polyurethane finish and has three detachable legs.
