I have a 2001 ram van with a 360 that has a hole rusted through the cylinder head that looks like that.It was about 1/4 in. I drilled it large enough for a 1/4 pipe plug,seems to be holding for now. Fingers crossed, this truck only has 70000 miles on the clock. I sure would like to double that before she goes to the bone yard. John
