i think i accidentally poinsoned myself--found out i was using something for salt that was not salt--i used it a couple of meals and it was right after the first time that my throat started feeling funny--after the second time my middle son s wife whom we were staying with said it was not salt--can t remember what she said it was but it did not sound like it would be good for one
sorry i missed that last day to go over stuff but we will get to it soon
had a great trip and saw all my grand kids and their parents and built a cedar fence for one of them
