Congrats on having a wise son, you "done good"! Have a friend that started in the service as an underwater welder, made a career of it with them, then retired and went to work for an oil company flying from oil platform to oil platform performing repairs, then his last years with them turned welding inspector.
The oil company paid for his home, maid, cook, valet and driver in Jakarta while he worked for them, as the government there requires one to not have to "lift a finger" to assure jobs for the locals.
