I used vintage on the M37 and it was a great deal. This one? I'm just going to have a go at wiring it myself. Its pretty straight forward. The filters gave me a bit of a pause, but I think I'll just wire them up like original and see if they still work. I think the ignition is actually still running through its filter.

Basically all that's controlled electrically from the cab are lights and ignition. Everything else is manual. The only electrical readouts are fuel, amps & for mine volts. Oh and high beam indicator. Everything else? Manual.

Like I said the wiring for the amp gauge is kinda funky. I could straighten it out or just blindly follow the original. Adding blinkers, the lights are ready to go up front. I plan on skipping the blackout stuff. That will make things a lot more straight forward.

The overall plan is to have fun with the truck, but not change enough to screw it up for the next owner who may want to do a full restore on it.
