That is a decent carryall to start with. I see rust in the same areas that mine had it.Your floors are in better shape than mine were.
There was a red carryall in Leavenworth in the mid 1990's. I saw it at a pizza place in Leavenworth. I spent some time looking it over. It was supposed to have been out of the Plain area.
I can't track mine any further back than the early 1970's in Peshastin. I have always wondered if it was used in the WWII POW camp there. The carryall with a military number one higher than mine spent the war as a Army Air Corps truck in Nebraska. I talked to it's owner years ago.
