First time I'd even heard of an F head was earlier this year when I was looking at Jeeps for sale. There was a picture of one with the head removed and I could see one valve per cylinder with a valve cover on the head?! I was all, "What the heck am I seeing here?" So I looked it up and sure enough, its a thing.

Seems like a really horrible design. I wonder what it was good for?
