The height of the PW varies depending on how it is equipped. Height depends on the size tires 9.00 or 7.50 16 and the spring pack it was equipped with.
5300 lbs seems about right when equipped with a winch.
Remember the height and weight of these trucks vary to some degree based on how they are equipped. Who knows what version was used to create the specs from and if Dodge was consistent from year to year on their specs.
