My d60 is from 1985 w350...it has no external locks on hubs. Inside cab its got the transfer lever on the right side of trannt hump. I am new to this...so I'm guessing the axle is engaged to the hubs all the time...and the only control to fully engage is in the cab...but I don't know alot
