Did not talk about inlarging to 17's but yes cut down the centers for 16's to make them fit. He wanted to meke sure the wheels have the correct backspacing and drum clearance. By the time the centers are out of the budd wheel maby can go to a bigger wheel than 17's 18's or 20's I have a center cut out i can stop to see what wheel they will fit into if you want.
