My Dad's truck didn't have manual hubs and it was a Dana 60. They were auto locking hubs that had 4x4 on them. You normally had to back up some to get them to disengauge once you shifted the transfer case. It was a 1986 1 ton regular cab with long bed. 360 with an automatic trans.
