below is a pic of what i am doing

i first tried the threaded aluminum cap that was held in place with a ubolt--but it was cumbersome and did not look to professional but it did the trick but i opted to have a shop make some bronze fittings drilled for the hose fittings to fit the rubber gromets

the blue corn for my mash does not come with

have not run it yet but food for thought
