Hi Ken, I thought about POR-15, but was trying to get done with painting over the weekend (didn't quite meet that goal), and I don't think it's available locally, so it would have delayed me. Also, I used POR-15 fairly extensively on other parts of my Power Wagon, many years ago, and I wasn't satisfied with the results. I believe I followed the directions to the letter, but wasn't happy with how it turned out (rough texture) and in some places, it later peeled off in sheets. I know there are many people who swear by it, but my experience was not as positive.
