Thanks, Vaughn, I'm having good luck with an abrasive wheel on my drill, so I will probably remove most of the rust and old paint, but then I'll go looking for the Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer for the areas I can't get to as well. I may even prep first with Rustoleum Rust Reformer, but we'll see.
