Differential Breathers

It seems lately that I have been going through a lot of water with the power wagon. Has anyone ever rigged up differential breathers for them. (A lot of people with toyotas run lines up to the glove box). Is it just the diffentials I need to worry about or do the gear boxes have breathers to. Bassicly I don't want to be changing gear oil all the time.
Also the only way I see to drain the differentials is to remove the cover. Are there no drain holes? Does anyone have a gasket number?
