Folker was indeed a Dutch company, but built and sold products to the Nazis years before WWII. Many companies can be prostitutes for profit, even governments, including the Clinton administration and their dealings with Red China, time will tell how much harm was done to the USA by the Clintons. As far as Ford is concerned, even though Henry Ford was sympathetic towards the Nazis early in the 30's, those foreign Ford plants that built equipment in Europe were taken over by Nazi party members and were Ford in name only.
Are those companies still representative of Imperialistic or Facist politics?, probably not, however every one of those foreign cars represents 10 out of work American auto workers. And I can garantee you that Japan and Germany both have resrictive tariffs on the importing of American vehicles. So given the choice between trucks built in my country vs. cars and so called trucks built in the country of former adversaries, I non politically correctly say, SCREW THEM!
