You'd definitely want to keep 5.83s with the SD33T. Far more powerful and an easy fit are the big 4 cyl motors. Unfortunately hercules is temporarily kaputt. But Charles Talbert in N. Carolina is putting Cummins 4BTs into M37s and maybe Power Wagons also. The hot setup would be a high torque version of the 4BT (>290 ft-lb), NV4500 and 4.89s with 36-39" tires, 5.83s with >40".
