You know Jim, I truthfully have had a lifelong problem with remembering which side was considered right and left. As crazy as it sounds, I have never been able to remember if RIGHT was facing the vehicle or sitting in it.That is why I always use the terms driver and passenger side. It has always seemed like the least necessary thing to remember and one that is rarely used by me since early on I just started using driver and passenger to describe a side of a vehicle.
My vin # is on the passengers side frame rail over the axle.
Am I confused here? Could be as I seem to have these "fatal exceptions" now that I'm getting older.
