I can't quite figure that one out either. Both the Norton and McAffe sites say that this worm looks for unread mail messages and sends it to those folks. But I know that other worms have used the addess book to propogate.
The other REALLY scary thing about this worm is that it contains a key stroke logger that will record your key strokes and send them to a defined e-mail list. This is in hopes that the hackers/crackers/internet bad guys can get your user names, passwords, credit card #'s etc. It also looks for any cached usernames and passwords and sends those out as well.

By the way, no hard feelings to any one I recieved the virus from and I hope that no one has any hard feelings towards me for spreading it. Somethings are just out of our control. I guess this is just a sign of these modern times...Heavy sigh.
