A farm store or a petroleum supply store is the best way to get it. DON'T use kerosene, it takes weeks to disolve anything. Regular solvent is the best. An old trick is to put 5 gal of solvent in your tank and fill the rest with water. The solvent will float to the top and you can work in the top few inches.
