It's a Ford bellhousing, he emailed me. It's a wastegated turbo, not sure whether it's a Bosch VE pump (good) or Stanadyne (not so good). It looks like a Bosch. Might be a good buy.
With NV4500 you'd want to keep gearing at 5.83, rpms at 60 mph with 11.00R16s would be 2300 in 5th and it's a 3600 rpm motor. Advance Adapters makes a plate to bolt a Dodge standard duty NV4500 to Ford bellhousings.
