It kinda depends on what model it is (w150, 250, 350) but more than likely you have a NP 203 transfer case, Dana 44FBJ front end, and a 9.25" rear.

Why would you want part time 4x4!? It's not wofth the price, and is a TON of work to install! I like the full-time 4x4, but I live in snow country. The gas milage difference will take about a 1,000,000 miles to pay back the cost for the conversion. And if you leave it in full-time, you won't have to crawl into the muck to lock your front end! ;-)

There are many good folks and parts available at www.moparts.com if you want to try them as well. Offroadexchange is a great site too!
