You can get good quality 12 or 24V marine wipers with two speeds and an auto park feature. I put them on my M37 and they work great! Part numbers and info in July/August 97 issue of Military Vehicles Magazine or David Ahls M37 restoration guide book. I think next issue of MVM the numbers will be reprinted in response to a tech question. I wrote something like this. "For each windshield side I purchased a marine grade wiper motor from Diesel Equipment Company in Greensboro, N.C. (800-222-7159). It is made by United Technologies Motor Systems under p/n WWF 12C18-720 S (it is also available in 24V). You will also need to purchase an ANCO heavy-duty adjustable arm p/n 44-01 and a 12" wiper blade. I also purchased one UTMS wiper switch p/n SW 581019AS to control both wipers. Wiring diagrams are included in motor and switch boxes. I used the old vacuum system plumbing as my electrical conduit."
