I remember reading that Vintage Power Wagons has new ones for twenty-five dollars, or there abouts. The tank mounts in the same mounting holes otherwise used by the heater, but of course on the engine side of the firewall. The rationale seemed to have been that where you needed extra cooling you would not need a heater, and where you needed a heater you would not need extra cooling. Trucks native to my south Texas all have the overflow tank, but I have yet to find a used unit that is not rusted out. If all else fails, hot rod shops sell nice custom tanks.
