can confirm troy built can "run away" if tines bite in and lifts wheels,,, my wife will not mess with it again!!
if anyone interested i've an old bowlens two wheel garden tractor i would not mind parting with ( too many projects, too few resorces). I was told, but can not confirm that the tractor was built in the '40s. i have spare motor, spare gas tank, disk, plow (possibly another attachment,, been a while since i messed with it). has been in my barn for years now, fella i got it from put his garden in with it year before i accuired it, but i've never run it. machine would require rehabilitation before putting to work.
