The back HO did the trick this afternoon. 30 minutes and 4 stumps, one fencepost, and a section of bad water pipe removed (yep, he nailed it good!). I now have some of the meanest nastiest 4-wheelin back-yard in San Mateo. It's O.K though cause we just picked up a Peg-Perego Goucho 12VDC Jeep for the toddler (I know, I know, it's NOT a PW) Thanks for the HO advice! Now for the sprinklers, sod, cement pad (for outdoor "vehicle" reconditioning"), dog run, redwood fence, play center & .. oh yes.. mustn't forget.. the flower bed :) I would prefer a circle flat track and a couple of 5HP go-carts... maybe my next life.
