I'm not saying it should be .0001, only that it might be the clearance that would hold the pin and require slight thumb pressure to push it through. When I was a Honda cycle mechanic, we bored/honed piston cylinders to .0001 of an inch regardless of the .0001 per inch of piston width std. That held the piston in the cylinder when held vertical and required a finger to push it through. I'm not saying the same std. applies to the 230 pin, but you'll have to hone or grind the bushing to you achieve what I described in my prior post. When you achieve that, then measure. There are a million opinions on how we think it should done and what the clearance s/b. When the bushing is worn to .0003, time for an oversize pin.
