if your at 30 maybe you could ad a paper gasket on top like the bottom uses. they are very thin and might be just right
my book shows 25 to 27.5 lbs on the spec but no spec on the cap bolts. 1/2 inch bolts spec to usually 65 to 85 lb. ft.
