I'm with Bruce. I'd use it if I didn't have a spare spray can with anything else in it but don't expect a durable finish like epoxy or proper powder coating. It's the same quality as Tremclad or any other cheap enamel.
Endura's still the best I've used & at $100 a gallon for any colour...it's hard to beat in every department except it stinks & it'll kill you. That said, so will POR15 or any auto paint if you're spraying it without a fresh air system.
The isocyanates are what kill you & there is no filter available that filter them & so if anyone tries to tell you different...they's wrong.
Stick with a good 2 part primer & topcoat Over a sanded or preferably sand blasted surface.
