I like it. It does require a uv-resistant top coat and it seems to do best when there's some surface rust. I did the frame of my crewcab and inside the '50 PW cab with it and had no peeling. But neither one has been used much - eternal projects. Just pressure washed and wire brushed the metal, wiped it down with thinner before brushing on the POR15. I would not spray it - the warnings scared me. I got some on my arm and it took a week to wear off.
I did not want the slick dipped look on my PW frame so I prepped better and sprayed Zero Rust paint. Been using that for equipment and frames this summer but my brother (painter) says that the pro rustoleum is just as good as Zero Rust for a cheap rusty-metal paint.
