Once again my wife says " this is the best riding vehicle that we own." Was up playing in the interior of B.C. back road stuff and a bit of a test run. A few minor issues that did not take away from the trip. A mysterious bit of water on the outside back of the drivers fender and the same user the hood - I can not find a coolant leak.
And there are drops of diesel fluid hanging at one point on the supply line - the truck ran , so I left that alone, i will attempt to tighten the fitting now that I am at home.
This trip the spare tire was inside the cab, we slept on top of it - not doing that again, a 40 inch tire takes up too much space, not sure where I will stick it, most likely on a swing out tire rack attached to the rear bumper.
The back up camera was wired so that it now works when ever I hit a switch - I now use it more than a mirror- this is a no brainer addition that I would do again.
A lot of folks talk about how they love the build, I am having more fun driving the thing.
Milage? I have no clue but it is better than any truck I have ever own. We are talking 3 tons, 40 inch tires with 45 lb steel rims and 60 - 65 mph highway speeds, combined with low range bush crawling.

I love that 4bt - I wonder what adding a second turbo and an intercooler would do? Also wonder what would happen if I had the rotating assemble balanced.

Thanks to the folks on this thread who have helped with the build - the results are more fun than I would have expected....
