Nice find! The article Jonas wrote for Vintage Truck refers to mechanical drawings from 1944 and Canadian patent in 1946. He believes Willock installed around 1948 to mid fifties. He has seen units from 1949 to 555-56 but it's not clear if the later ones were Willock style or Truckstell style. His is a 1953.
