OK today we finally got the brake system all done. So we started to bleed the system. Problem. The front wheel cylinder were new and the rear one were sent out by the customer to be redone. The rear bleeder screws leaked. No seal. A good inspection found that the brand new bleeder screws that the re builder installed wont seal inside the cylinder. The inside surface is bad and pitted. Called the customer and then he called the Re-builder. OK 2 choices send them back or he can send out a piece of lead to cut and install inside the bleeder screw mating surface. He said he has done this in the past and it works. The customer is going that way. OK. I think the darn re builder Man should have made darn sure that the wheel cylinder was 100 percent before it was sent out. AM I right or what. NOT HAPPY.
