Great video. Thanks. Reminds me of my Dad too. Plank owner Feb 43, at commishioning, BB61 Battleship Iowa. In summer 43 Iowa stopped at Pearl Harbor enroute to 11 major Pacific battles, starting with Trip island. He was aboard at the Jap surrender in Tokyo Bay, made it back to the West coast Jan 46. Sionarha to the Navy then. I have his uniform and more. Thanks to all of the Greatest Generation. Awesome folks.
